Approval of resolutions at the NETGEM general meeting
On May 22, 2025, NETGEM's Combined General Meeting was held, chaired by Joseph Haddad. At this meeting, 52.40% of the voting shares were represented by 132 shareholders. All resolutions were approved, with the exception of Resolution No. 18, in accordance with the recommendations of the Board of Directors.
Among the decisions, a dividend of €0.05 per share was approved. The ex-dividend date is set for June 3, 2025, and payment will be made on June 5, 2025. NETGEM expressed its gratitude to the shareholders present.
The 2025 financial calendar includes announcements on July 31 for the first-half results and on October 16 for the third-quarter update. These releases will be published before the stock market opens.
