2CRSi SA has published monthly information on the total number of its shares and voting rights as of September 30, 2026. In accordance with Article L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, the company reports 22,596,441 shares comprising its share capital. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 28,851,733, while the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 28,840,718. This difference is due to shares without voting rights.
