2G Energy AG Delays Preliminary Financial Figures Due to ERP Issues

2G Energy AG has announced a delay in releasing its preliminary financial figures for the fiscal year 2025, moving the date to mid-June 2026. The delay is attributed to prolonged ERP closing procedures at the newly established production company, 2G Heek GmbH. Originally, the figures were to be published by May 21, 2026.

The postponement arises during the process of preparing financial statements, specifically due to programming challenges in the ERP system. In response, the 2G Energy AG Management Board has revised the timetable in collaboration with auditors. Further details are anticipated to be made available soon.
