Marley Spoon Group SE, a major player in the meal kit subscription industry, has revealed its financial success for 2024. Preliminary results indicate the company's operating EBITDA surpasses initial forecasts, reaching approximately €9.2 million. This achievement is attributed to a contribution margin of 34.7%. Net revenue for the year stood at €330.1 million, marking a slight increase of 0.8% from the previous year.

Looking forward, Marley Spoon provided guidance for 2025. The company anticipates a single-digit decline in net revenue while expecting to expand its contribution margin by over 100 basis points. Additionally, operating EBITDA is projected to grow by 70% to 80% year-over-year.
