A2Z Cust2Mate Solutions Corp. has announced the pricing of a public offering of 3,281,250 common shares at $6.40 per share. Simultaneously, a registered direct offering of 1,406,250 common shares at the same price is underway. These transactions are expected to generate gross proceeds of $30 million for the company, excluding underwriting fees and other related expenses. The offerings are scheduled to close by January 29, 2025, contingent on standard closing conditions.

The funds raised will support A2Z in advancing its business operations, particularly in fulfilling smart cart orders and accelerating new client onboarding. Titan Partners Group is the sole bookrunner for the public offering. The securities are filed under Form F-3 with the SEC.
