Aap Implantate AG Executes Cash Capital Increase
aap Implantate AG has announced a cash capital increase approved by its Management and Supervisory Boards. The company's share capital will rise from EUR 13,909,408.00 to EUR 14,697,558.00 with the issuance of 788,150 new no-par value bearer shares. Each new share, priced at EUR 1.34, corresponds to a proportional amount of EUR 1.00 in the share capital. This increase represents about 5% of the existing share capital.
The new shares will be privately placed with selected investors without offering subscription rights to current shareholders. These shares will be eligible for dividends starting January 1, 2025. The cash capital increase aims to strengthen aap Implantate AG's equity base, generating gross proceeds of EUR 1,056,121.00.
