Aareal Bank Completes €567 Million Hotel Portfolio Refinancing

Aareal Bank AG concluded a €567 million refinancing deal for a pan-European hotel portfolio owned by Archer Hotel Capital. The transaction covers seven hotels across four countries and exemplifies Aareal Bank's proficiency in hospitality financing. The refinancing supports Archer's commitment to high ESG standards.

The portfolio includes prominent hotels such as Royal Saint-Honoré Paris and Renaissance Amsterdam. Archer Hotel Capital, a joint venture between Singapore's GIC and APG of the Netherlands, has been a client of Aareal Bank since 2018. Aareal's financing will support ESG-focused improvements.
