Abasca Resources Engages CanNorth for Environmental Baseline Study and Completes First Tranche of Private Placement

Abasca Resources Inc., based in Saskatoon, has announced its collaboration with CanNorth Environmental Services to conduct environmental studies at its Key Lake South Project in 2025. These studies will focus on hydrology, water chemistry, and bathymetry, aiming to advance the development of the Loki Flake Graphite Deposit and support an Environmental Impact Assessment.

Additionally, Abasca has completed the first tranche of its private placement, raising $250,000.10 through the issuance of 1,785,515 non-flow-through units at $0.14 per unit. Each unit includes a common share and half a warrant, allowing for the purchase of an additional share at $0.20 over two years. Proceeds will support administrative expenses and working capital.
