ABB Ltd Concludes Share Buyback Program
From May 15 to May 20, 2026, ABB Ltd successfully repurchased 80,000 of its shares. This initiative is part of a larger share buyback program initially announced in February 2026. The buyback complies with both the Swiss Financial Market Infrastructure (FMIO) regulation and the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
The transactions were executed via a separate trading line on the SIX Swiss Exchange, managed by a bank independently of ABB, albeit within set parameters. During this period, the daily volume varied, with May 18 seeing the highest activity at 23,000 shares.
In total, 3,702,604 shares have been reacquired between February 9 and May 20, 2026. ABB aims to enhance shareholder value through these strategic buybacks.
