ABB Reports Record Year with Strong Q4 Performance

ABB Ltd reported robust results for Q4 2025, completing a record-setting year. Orders surged by 36% to $10.3 billion, with revenues climbing 13% to $9.1 billion. The income from operations reached $1,505 million, with an operational EBITA margin of 17.6%. Basic EPS rose 30% to $0.70, and cash flow from operations increased by 27% to $1,949 million.

For the full year 2025, ABB's orders totaled $36.8 billion, a 17% rise, while revenues hit $33.2 billion, up 9%. Income from operations stood at $6,047 million with an 18.2% margin, and operational EBITA reached $6,314 million. Basic EPS increased 21% to $2.59, while cash flow from operations was $5,469 million, a 17% increase. The return on capital employed was 25.3%, and a dividend of CHF 0.94 per share was proposed.

CEO Morten Wierod highlighted strong growth in all business areas, particularly in Electrification and Motion. ABB also plans a new $2.0 billion share buyback program. The outlook for 2026 includes continued revenue growth and margin improvements.
