ABIONYX: Information on Voting Rights and Share Capital

ABIONYX, listed on Euronext Paris in Compartment C, shares crucial information regarding its share capital. As of April 30, 2025, the number of shares outstanding amounts to 34,931,012. The gross total of voting rights reaches 44,381,742, while the net total, i.e., the votes exercisable at the General Meeting, stands at 44,073,317.

The gross number of voting rights includes all shares with voting rights, even those deprived of voting rights, according to Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations. The net total does not take into account these private shares, thus providing accurate information to the public, in accordance with the AMF recommendation of July 17, 2007.
