ABIONYX: Publication of the Number of Voting Rights and Shares

ABIONYX, listed on Euronext Paris, has announced its share capital figures as of December 31, 2025. The total number of shares outstanding is 35,511,655. The total theoretical, or gross, voting rights are 45,189,888. The total net voting rights, corresponding to the rights actually exercisable at the General Meeting, are 44,971,283.
