ABIVAX: Number of shares and voting rights as of April 30, 2025

On May 14, 2025, ABIVAX announced details of its share capital and voting rights for the month of April 2025. The company, listed on Euronext Paris (FR0012333284 – ABVX), reports that its share capital stands at €634,367.77. As of April 30, 2025, the total number of shares comprising the capital was 63,436,477. The total number of voting rights, both theoretical and exercisable, is 71,136,697. Theoretical voting rights include all shares with voting rights, including those temporarily deprived of this right, according to Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations.
