ABIVAX: Update on capital and voting rights

On May 29, 2026, ABIVAX published a press release concerning the composition of its share capital and the distribution of voting rights. As of April 30, 2026, the share capital amounted to €797,299.91, divided into 79,308,916 shares. The total voting rights, both theoretical and exercisable, amounted to 81,658,865.

It is important to note that the number of theoretical voting rights includes all shares, even those without voting rights. This figure is crucial for calculating threshold crossings. Conversely, the number of exercisable voting rights, which excludes non-voting shares, is provided to inform the public, in accordance with AMF recommendations.
