ABIVAX: Update on capital and voting rights

On August 13, 2025, ABIVAX, listed on Euronext Paris under the code ABVX, published a press release detailing the number of shares comprising its share capital as well as the total number of voting rights. As of July 31, 2025, the capital of the company, whose headquarters are in Paris, amounts to €755,735.08. The total number of shares as of that date is 75,558,929.

Regarding voting rights, ABIVAX indicated a theoretical total of 84,845,429, this same figure also constituting the total of exercisable voting rights. This double indication makes it possible to distinguish between gross and net voting rights, in accordance with the recommendations of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
