JP Morgan Chase & Co. Crosses the 5% Threshold at ABIVAX
On October 23, 2025, JP Morgan Chase & Co. announced successive crossings of stake thresholds in ABIVAX. On October 16, the company announced that it had fallen below the 5% share capital and voting rights threshold, holding 3,300,396 shares, representing 4.24% of the share capital and 3.70% of the voting rights. This decrease resulted from a reduction in shares held through assimilation.
The following day, JP Morgan, on the other hand, exceeded 5% of the capital with 4,346,644 shares, representing 5.59% of the capital and 4.88% of the votes. This movement resulted from an increase in shareholdings. These fluctuations comply with the requirements of the French Commercial Code.
