JP Morgan Chase Reduces Stake in ABIVAX
On March 7, 2025, JP Morgan Chase & Co. announced that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital of ABIVAX. This move took place on March 4, 2025, with a holding of 2,999,085 shares, representing 4.73% of the capital and 4.22% of the voting rights.
