JP Morgan Crosses Threshold in ABIVAX
On March 5, 2025, ABIVAX received a statement from JP Morgan Chase & Co. regarding a shareholding threshold crossing. On February 28, 2025, JP Morgan indirectly crossed upwards the 5% shareholding threshold in ABIVAX. Through its subsidiaries JP Morgan Securities plc and JP Morgan Securities LLC, the company now holds 3,233,863 ABIVAX shares, equivalent to 5.10% of the share capital and 4.55% of the voting rights.
This crossing results from the acquisition of shares through assimilation, including "third-party shares where right of use held" and "depository receipts" contracts. In addition, the company holds "cash-settled equity swap" contracts, exercisable at different maturity dates.
