ABO Energy is making progress in its restructuring efforts, as articulated by Britta Hübner, Chief Restructuring Officer. A draft restructuring report suggests the company's viability and identifies strategic areas for future investments. The company is negotiating a sustainable financing agreement, with a target to finalize by July's end.

Recent operational achievements supplement the restructuring optimism. Notably, ABO Energy secured a tariff for the Birkholz solar park and entered Germany’s wind energy bidding with a substantial 150 megawatts capacity. These efforts exemplify regained operational competence.

Sales of projects also reflect the company's forward momentum. This includes selling a Rhineland-Palatinate wind farm and a 4.5 megawatt wind turbine in Welterod, with both projects slated for completion by the end of 2026.
