AB Science: Results of the June 2026 General Assembly

At the Combined General Meeting held on June 30, 2026, in Paris, AB Science presented its shareholders with a comprehensive report of the resolutions adopted. The meeting was able to validly deliberate with a quorum present: 31.94% of the shares and 44.51% of the voting rights were represented. The majority of resolutions were adopted, with the exception of the 22nd resolution, which was rejected.
