All for One Group SE Expands Management Board, Appoints New Spokespersons

All for One Group SE has announced the expansion of its Management Board from two to five members. Jacques Diaz, Jens Beier, and Jürgen Vollmert are joining as new members, effective immediately. Diaz and Beier will serve as Spokespersons, replacing Michael Zitz. These strategic personnel changes aim to facilitate the integration of All for One Group into the VINCI Group after a recent takeover.

The Supervisory Board's decision was made with the view of enhancing leadership and creating an organizational framework essential for the company's new phase. The newly appointed members will serve on the board until September 30, 2029.
