Accelleron Shareholders Approve All Board Proposals
Accelleron Industries AG announced that its shareholders have approved all board proposals at the Annual General Meeting 2025. Shareholders will benefit from an increased distribution, receiving CHF 1.25 per share, up from CHF 0.85 the previous year, with disbursement scheduled for May 28, 2025.
All board members, including Chairman Oliver Riemenschneider, have been re-elected for another term. The meeting also saw the approval of the 2024 Compensation Report and the introduction of a capital band.
Furthermore, 91% of shareholders approved the non-financial matters report in the 2024 Sustainability Report. The meeting witnessed the participation of 463 shareholders, representing 49.31% of the share capital.
