Accentro Real Estate AG Names Katja Bielecke as CEO

Accentro Real Estate AG's Supervisory Board has appointed Katja Bielecke as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective June 3, 2026. Bielecke, who will continue her role as Chief Investment Officer, succeeds Jörg Neuß. Stefan Hammen, the Chief Financial Officer, joins her on the two-member Management Board.

Bielecke's appointment is backed by more than two decades of experience in managing complex property portfolios across Germany and Europe. Prior to Accentro, she held significant roles in real estate investment and asset management with major firms such as Hudson Advisors and Lapithus.

Alongside the leadership change, Accentro successfully completed the sale of 614 units to an institutional investor, aligning with its strategic focus on refining portfolio properties offering attractive earnings potential.
