Accor Meets Gender Balance Regulations in Board of Directors
Accor has announced its compliance with gender balance regulations within its Board of Directors. Following the Annual General Meeting on May 27, 2026, the Board now comprises 12 members. Excluding the two directors representing employees, the board consists of 10 members: six women and four men. This results in a 60% female and 40% male composition.
The gender composition aligns with Article L. 22-10-10-1 of the French Commercial Code and relevant directives from the French market authority, AMF. The detailed composition can be accessed in Accor's 2025 Universal Registration Document available on its website.
