Accor Navigates Global Challenges with Steady Growth in H1 2026
Accor's first half of 2026 reveals resilience amidst global uncertainties. The group's revenue reached €2,760 million, marking a 3% constant currency increase from H1 2025. Key growth indicators include a 2.2% rise in RevPAR and a 6.5% increase in recurring EBITDA, reaching €563 million.
The Middle East conflict impacted performance, yet geographic and segment diversification allowed Accor to maintain growth. Despite challenges, RevPAR in regions excluding the Middle East rose by 4.6% overall. Accor's net unit growth reached 3.2% with 109 new hotels.
The company's outlook for 2026 remains optimistic, with expected recurring EBITDA between €1,260 million and €1,285 million. Accor plans to complete its transformation into an asset-light model with the sale of its stake in Essendi, enhancing predictability and simplicity.
The luxury segment showed varied growth, with a 1.4% overall decrease in RevPAR, yet excluding the Middle East, it improved by 9.4%. Free cash flow also leapt by 42% to €194 million, despite increased net debt, thanks to firm cost management.
