Accor Reports on Liquidity Contract as of June 30, 2026

Accor has released its half-year report concerning the liquidity contract managed with Rothschild Martin Maurel. As of June 30, 2026, the liquidity account held €19,846,628.39 and no shares. During the first half of 2026, there were 13,683 purchase transactions and 15,160 sale transactions, both involving 2,832,935 shares, resulting in nearly €128 million for purchases and a slightly higher amount for sales.

In comparison, as of December 31, 2024, the account showed €19,724,857 and zero shares. A reorganization within the Rothschild & Co group led to Rothschild & Co Global Markets Solutions (Europe) SA taking over the contract management for Accor from July 1, 2026. This transition does not affect the contract's terms or resources.
