Acheter-Louer.fr begins a safeguard procedure to restructure its liabilities
On February 11, 2025, Acheter-Louer.fr, a specialist in digital marketing solutions in real estate, announced the opening of a safeguard procedure. This decision comes following financial difficulties due to a stagnant real estate market and high debt. Currently, the company faces current liabilities of €1,064,000, including €330,000 for supplier debts. The objective of the procedure is to restructure its debt while continuing its activities.
The Paris Commercial Court accepted this request, allowing the company to restructure its debts excluding bond liabilities. This procedure aims to identify solutions to sustain the group's activity and maintain employment.
The safeguard procedure does not affect the convertible bonds (OCEANE), which will continue to be repaid by conversion. Acheter-Louer.fr continues its efforts to resolve its financial difficulties while maintaining its operational activities.
