Acheter-Louer.fr General Meeting: Unanimity on All Resolutions
On June 30, 2025, the combined general meeting of Achater-Louer.fr was held in Paris under the chairmanship of Julien Tellier. Shareholders, representing a total of 1,383,783,573 shares and voting rights, participated in this decisive meeting.
At this event, all resolutions on the agenda were adopted with 100% support, with the exception of the fifteenth resolution, which received 99.96% support. The resolutions included authorizations for capital increases and delegations of authority.
Shareholders thus reaffirmed their confidence in the current management. Acheter-Louer.fr will publish its half-year results no later than October 31, 2025.
