ACTIA Group publishes its 2024 Annual Report
ACTIA Group has announced the availability of its Annual Report for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. This document was filed with the Autorité des marchés financiers on April 25, 2025. It contains several key reports including the annual financial report, the management report and the reports of the Statutory Auditors.
A share buyback program and resolutions for the General Meeting are also detailed. The next Combined General Meeting will be held on May 27, 2025, at the Group's headquarters. A dividend of €0.12 per share will be proposed.
The report is available on ACTIA's website in the investor section. The Group continues to invest in R&D to ensure the quality of its products, with 14 to 18% of its revenue dedicated to this effort.
