Evolution of governance at ACTIA Group

ACTIA Group announces the separation of the roles of Chairman and CEO. Walid Rouis has been appointed CEO, succeeding Jean-Louis Pech, who remains Chairman of the Board. With his long tenure within the group, Rouis brings extensive expertise, particularly in embedded electronics and the management of several of the group's divisions.

ACTIA's general meeting also approved the appointment of two new directors, Denis Mercier and Joëlle Pailloux, strengthening the board's diversity and expertise. Denis Mercier, with his military and industrial background, will bring a unique strategic perspective, while Joëlle Pailloux, representing the third generation of shareholder families, will maintain the group's family identity.
