Adeunis' 2025 financial results: revenue down
On December 31, 2025, Adeunis, a specialist in IoT solutions for building management, closed its fiscal year with revenue of €4.4 million. This result represents a 22.1% decrease compared to the pro forma 2024 fiscal year. This decline is explained by the unexpected loss of two major clients and increased competition, particularly from China.
The operating result was -€2.9 million, impacted by goodwill impairments and certain abandoned projects. Shareholders' equity, following a €1 million capital increase at the beginning of the year, was negative at -€1.6 million.
The company's continued operation is uncertain, relying on the financial support of its main shareholder, Webdyn, and a planned recapitalization in the second half of 2026.
