This process is part of its Ambition 2030 plan, which includes a thorough analysis of its business portfolio. To this end, external consultants have been engaged to assess development prospects and consider various strategic options, including a potential industrial partnership.
Although no decisions or operations are currently underway, the Group reaffirms its commitment to informing the market of any significant updates, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
