Battery Energy Storage Project Enhances Revenue at Perlen Industrial Site

BESS Perlen AG, a collaboration between Perlen Industrieholding AG and Valyou Investment Foundation, is investing in a 10 MW/20 MWh battery energy storage system. The system, supplied by ADS-TEC Energy, will be installed at the Perlen Papier AG site by the end of 2026. Managed by Swiss-based wattss Group, this project aims to enhance the site's energy infrastructure, focusing on ancillary services and later participating in electricity markets.
