Advanced Blockchain AG Appoints New CFO Maik Laske

Advanced Blockchain AG has announced the appointment of Maik Laske as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective November 22, 2024. This addition completes the Executive Board, strengthening the company's leadership. Laske brings over 30 years of financial expertise, having worked extensively in investment banking, finance, and M&A. His previous roles include co-managing Société Générale Germany and leadership in the fintech sector, which are expected to enhance the company’s growth and ensure financial stability.

Rüdiger-Andreas Günther, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, praised Laske's expertise in liquidity management and investor relations, which will contribute to optimizing corporate governance and business transparency.
