AFYREN and Terrial Strengthen French Agricultural Sector with Renewed Partnership

AFYREN and Terrial have announced the renewal of their partnership, securing a multi-year contract worth several tens of millions of euros. This alliance underscores their commitment to sustainable and locally-sourced potash fertilizers in France. The deal aims to lessen reliance on international fertilizer markets and enhance the sustainability of French agriculture.

AFYREN, known for its bio-based products, creates potassium-rich fertilizers utilized by Terrial under the FORTI K+ brand. This product caters to diverse crop needs, ranging from fruit and vegetables to vineyards. Terrial, a leader in organic fertilizers in France, will continue to exclusively market these fertilizers domestically.

This renewed agreement marks a milestone, potentially fulfilling nearly a quarter of the nation's potassium sulfate requirements. Both companies aim to promote a more self-sufficient French agricultural sector.
