AGCO Restructures Executive Leadership Team

AGCO Corporation announced changes to its executive leadership team to streamline operations and enhance accountability. Stefan Caspari has been appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager for Fendt/Valtra & Product Management. Previously, Caspari was Senior Vice President, Customer Success & North America Ag, and will now lead AGCO's global equipment brands, Fendt and Valtra, while continuing his North American responsibilities.

The reorganization comes as Torsten Dehner steps down from his role. AGCO's restructuring aims to consolidate responsibilities among senior leaders, impacting key functions like Massey Ferguson and global distribution. These moves are part of AGCO's strategy to align enterprise functions more closely with brand performance and growth.
