AGRANA Proposes €0.70 Dividend Amidst Stable EBIT Forecast

AGRANA Beteiligungs-Aktiengesellschaft announced a proposed dividend of €0.70 per share for the financial year 2024|25. This decision came despite a notable decline in operating profit (EBIT), which stood at €40.5 million, down from the previous year's €151.0 million. Consolidated revenue also showed a decrease, settling at €3,514.0 million compared to €3,786.9 million the previous year.

Looking ahead, AGRANA predicts its EBIT for 2025|26 will remain on par with the prior year, though expecting a slight revenue decline of 1% to 5%. This forecast considers the ongoing Ukraine crisis and volatile agricultural import tariffs. The sugar segment remains weak, affected by extraordinary costs tied to recent plant closures.

The Supervisory Board will consider the dividend proposal on May 8, 2025, before the final decision at the Annual General Meeting on July 4, 2025. AGRANA emphasizes its commitment to a stable and transparent dividend policy.
