Agripower France raises funds to accelerate its development
Agripower France has launched a €1.8 million capital increase through a private placement, reserved for qualified investors. This financing aims to support the company's development in biomethane and strengthen its equity. The funds will be used to finance the anticipated growth of the business, particularly through associated works contracts.
The accelerated book-building process will conclude on June 26, 2026, before the markets open. The new shares will be listed on Euronext Growth® Paris on June 30, 2026. CEO Guillaume Labarrière emphasizes that this transaction will help Agripower convert its project portfolio into revenue, aligning with its objective of becoming a major developer-investor in the biogas sector.
