Agripower France SA has published a statement on the total number of shares and voting rights as of July 31, 2025. In accordance with Article L. 223-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, the company has a total of 3,596,320 shares and 3,605,893 theoretical voting rights.

Founded in 2012, Agripower specializes in methanization solutions, particularly in the agricultural sector. The company contributes to the energy transition by transforming organic waste into biogas, targeting local authorities, farming groups, and the agri-food industry.
