Agripower: Transformation and Growth Outlook in 2024-2025
Agripower France SA successfully completed a major strategic transformation during the 2024-2025 financial year. The company is now focusing on developing biomethane methanization units for both its own account and third parties. A major project was the takeover of the Méthélec site, enabling Agripower to become a biomethane producer, with a capacity reaching 500 Nm³/h.
A €4.6 million contract for a unit in eastern France marked a significant step forward, accompanied by a minority stake in the project. A proposed €8 million capital increase is planned for September 2025 to support growth and seize new market opportunities, with the support of management.
