AgroGeneration: Non-disclosure of half-year financial results due to the conflict in Ukraine

AgroGeneration, a Ukrainian agricultural company, has announced its inability to publish its financial results for the first half of 2025. This difficulty stems from the loss of essential accounting documents, caused by Russian military actions at the end of April 2025.

To address this situation, the company appealed to the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority) and Euronext to avoid the publication of its interim consolidated financial statements. Euronext moved AgroGeneration's shares to the Sanctions Compartment. They will remain there until the publication of the 2025 annual report, scheduled for the end of April 2026. Without this report, Euronext will suspend trading of the shares in May 2026.

The hostilities in Ukraine, particularly in the Kharkiv region where AgroGeneration operates, are disrupting normal operations. Despite efforts to restore lost documents, the data remains incomplete, preventing the publication of accurate financial information.

AgroGeneration aims to publish a full annual report by April 2026, despite the challenges. A press release on the 2025 season is scheduled for December 23.
