Simplified public tender offer for AgroGeneration by Novaagro Ukraine LLC

Novaagro Ukraine LLC is launching a simplified public tender offer for AgroGeneration. The price is set at €0.033 per share. The transaction, which will last 10 trading days, is being supervised by ODDO BHF, the presenting bank and guarantor. The offer schedule will be determined by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) in accordance with its general regulations.

The AMF has issued visa No. 25-398 to the information note submitted by Novaagro Ukraine LLC. This note, accompanied by the necessary legal, financial, and accounting information, is available on the websites of AgroGeneration and the AMF, as well as at the headquarters of Novaagro in Kharkiv and ODDO BHF in Paris.

Prior to the opening, the AMF and Euronext Paris will publish the announcement terms.
