AIML Innovations Concludes Quantum Sciences Restructuring
AI/ML Innovations Inc. has finalized the restructuring of its acquisition of Quantum Sciences Ltd. Initially closed on December 23, 2024, this restructuring was announced on April 25, 2025. The restructuring met all pre-announced terms except for the execution of a reseller agreement with Mark Orsmond. Furthermore, all intellectual property rights related to the "meApp" application were retained by AIML instead of being transferred to Orsmond.
