Dr. Green joins at the invitation of Dr. Paul Dorian, AIML's Medical Innovation Architect. Both have collaborated across major Canadian cardiovascular initiatives. Dr. Dorian highlights Dr. Green's unparalleled expertise as a significant clinical enhancement for AIML’s growth phase.

Alongside the board appointment, AIML has granted 4 million stock options to its employees, exercisable at $0.10 for five years. This move aligns with AIML's strategy of reinforcing its position in AI-driven ECG platform advancements.
