AI/ML Innovations Inc. Proposes Private Placement Offering
AI/ML Innovations Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement expected to raise $1.5 million. The Toronto-based company plans to issue up to 30,000,000 units at $0.05 each. Each unit will include one common share and a purchase warrant, allowing acquisition of an additional share at $0.15 within 60 months.
