AI/ML Innovations' Neural Cloud Subsidiary Partners with Circular Health
AI/ML Innovations Inc. has announced that its subsidiary, Neural Cloud Solutions, has signed a Letter of Intent with Circular Health Limited to integrate and license its ECG signal-processing platform, MaxYield™. This partnership aims to enhance the ECG capabilities of Circular Health's wearable device, the Circular Ring 2, which is integrated with advanced sensors and an AI-powered app. The commercial launch is expected by September 2025.
The integration of MaxYield™ is anticipated to deliver clearer ECG signals, providing more actionable biometric data for users. Circular Health plans to deploy MaxYield™ through a cloud-based API, enhancing cardiac monitoring and enabling seamless access to cardiac insights.
This collaboration is set to foster global growth, positioning the companies to expand into new markets and advance health intelligence technologies. The move also supports Circular Health's expansion by aligning costs with user growth through a per-user SaaS license model.
