JP Morgan exceeds the 5% threshold in Air France-KLM

JP Morgan Chase & Co. announced that it had crossed the 5% threshold of Air France-KLM's share capital, reaching 5.38% on May 27, 2026. This acquisition, made indirectly through its subsidiaries, resulted in a total holding of 14,143,765 shares, or 3.77% of voting rights.

This crossing of the threshold resulted from a share purchase on the market. Specifically, JP Morgan Securities plc itself reached this same threshold. The entities involved also include JP Morgan Securities LLC and JP Morgan Structured Products BV.

In line with current regulations, various positions incorporating swap contracts, exchangeable bonds and call options have been specified, potentially increasing this participation in the future.
