Threshold crossings at AIR FRANCE-KLM
JP Morgan Chase & Co. announced that it had crossed the thresholds for its shareholding in Air France-KLM, according to a press release dated February 17, 2026. As of February 11, 2026, the company held 5.12% of the share capital, representing 13,462,973 shares and 3.59% of the voting rights. This increase resulted from an off-market acquisition.
The share distribution includes JP Morgan Securities LLC and JP Morgan Securities plc. However, on February 12, JP Morgan fell below the 5% threshold, then holding 4.78% of the capital or 12,570,768 shares.
This movement is due to a sale of shares also off-market, affecting its presence as a shareholder in AIR FRANCE-KLM.
