Air Liquide and ArianeGroup Strengthen Partnership with Ariane 6 Contracts

Air Liquide and ArianeGroup have signed two significant contracts for the operational phase of the Ariane 6 rocket. These agreements involve supplying critical cryogenic equipment and gases essential for the rocket's propulsion. This partnership supports ArianeGroup's efforts to ramp up Ariane 6 production, with Air Liquide playing a key role in supplying necessary technology and propellants.

ArianeGroup, responsible for the Ariane 6 launcher, relies on Air Liquide's expertise in cryogenic technology and gas management. Air Liquide has contributed to 268 Ariane flights through innovative solutions and expertise in ground infrastructure. The collaboration ensures the continued ramp-up of Ariane 6 production, secured up to its 42nd flight.

The renewed gas supply agreement guarantees the delivery of vital propellants and fluids needed for rocket operations. Executive Committee members from both companies expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting its importance for maintaining robust operations and supporting global space missions.
