Air Liquide Announces Updated Voting Rights

Air Liquide, a key player in gases, technologies, and services for industry and healthcare, has released its latest figures on shares and voting rights for February 2025. The total number of shares stands at 578,299,408. Voting rights, including treasury shares, are equal to the total shares, while voting rights excluding treasury shares total 576,505,477. Compared to January, the number of shares saw a slight increase, going from 578,264,258 to 578,299,408.

This update comes as Air Liquide continues to expand its strategic footprint across 60 countries with 66,500 employees. The company focuses on molecules like oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen, which are essential for life and energy. With its ADVANCE strategic plan, Air Liquide aims to integrate both financial and extra-financial performance, notably in climate and energy transitions.
